 Theses photos are said to be stolen from Olivia's phone.  Someone took the time (below) to match the ring and bra she was wearing plus the bathroom in the photos to the nude photo.  Looks like it really is her taking shots to send to her boyfriend.  There was also text describing all the things she wanted her boyfriend to do to her included across the original pics that also all matched up.
