• Her amazing eyes
• Probably best remembered for her role as Detective Chris Cagney (the original Cagney) in "Cagney & Lacey" in 1981.  Was replaced by Sharon Gleese after 6 episodes.  The network thought Meg came off as too agressive and might be perceived as a lesbian (and that's bad because...)by the audience even though the show was an immediate hit.
• Foster's role was originally played by Loretta Swit in the original (a tv movie) but could not work show around her "M.A.S.H." tapings.
• Career guest star on dozens of hit shows through the 70s and 80s such as "Bonanza", "Hawaii 5-0", "Baretta" and others.
